THE TASTING JOURNEY
01
First Sip
Delicate rose water florals with juicy grape sweetness.
02
As It Cools
A bright limoncello citrus edge comes forward.
03
The Finish
Settles into an Earl Grey tea-like character — refined and lingering.
WHY WE CHOSE IT
Grown in Lonya Grande, Amazonas, by producer Juan Herrera, who spent over two decades leading a regional cooperative before turning to producing his own specialty lots with his brother Marcos.
The region's cool highland climate is credited for the clarity this lot carries in the cup.
Rose water florals open the cup, joined by limoncello citrus and grape sweetness, closing on an Earl Grey-like finish.
