A bold, lingering acidity takes over, leaving a long and vibrant finish.
WHY WE CHOSE IT
We first came across this coffee at a Manual Brew Community event in Summarecon Mall Bandung, where BBrC was also brewing. The first sip caught us by surprise — it was noticeably brighter and more acidic than the coffees we usually gravitate toward.
But it immediately reminded us of something. While Bindu tends to serve coffees on the sweeter side, some of our customers have been asking for something brighter, fruitier, and more acidity-forward. This coffee stayed in our mind for exactly that reason.
So this one isn't entirely about what we would choose for ourselves. It's also about remembering what you enjoy.
