First Sip
A gentle sweetnees opens the cup, followed by a soft chamomile-like character.
As It Cools
The cup becomes increasingly floral and tea-like, delicate and aromatic while maintaining its sweetness.
The Finish
A touch of orange appears toward the end, leaving a sweet and refreshing finish.
WHY WE CHOSE IT
Indragiri had been getting a lot of attention lately, and naturally, we became curious. We wanted to see for ourselves whether there was something behind all the excitement.
When we finally brewed it, we understood why. Its sweet, delicate character came with a distinctly tea-like expression — floral and aromatic, with a gentle citrus touch that made the cup both familiar and surprisingly refined.
Sometimes, a coffee becomes popular for a reason. This was one we wanted to experience for ourselves, and eventually, share at Bindu.
