WHY WE CHOSE IT
One day, while searching for new coffees for our August lineup, we stopped by The Room simply to enjoy a cup of coffee. Among the selections available that day, one coffee unexpectedly caught our attention — Lisa & Leo’s Abyssinia Washed.
Without thinking too much about it, we ordered a cup. What started as a casual visit quickly turned into discovering a coffee we wanted to bring back to Bindu. Its delicate florals, bright character, and complexity kept us curious as the cup changed, and by the end, we knew this was something we wanted to share.
Sometimes, a coffee finds its way into our lineup not because we were looking for it, but simply because we happened to find each other.
