“Some cups are allowed to have a little fun.”

WHY WE CHOSE IT
When we first started home brewing, some of the most exciting coffees were the unusual ones — experimental processes, unexpected flavors, and cups that made us wonder how coffee could taste like that. Over time, coffees like those became harder for us to come across.
Then we met Natcha at an Everhaos public cupping. Its experimental processing immediately caught our attention, but what surprised us even more was how clearly it showed in the cup. Grape, strawberry, bubble gum, watermelon — the playful notes described by Everhaos weren't just words on a label. We could actually find them in the cup.
It reminded us of the kind of coffee that made home brewing exciting for us in the first place. So naturally, we wanted to bring some of that excitement to Bindu.
SERVED AT BINDU
Served as Hot Pour Over
Every cup is brewed by hand and adjusted according to the coffee's condition and your personal preference. Rather than following one fixed recipe, we focus on presenting each coffee at its best.
