Grown at La Riviera Farm in Colombia, this rare Sudan Rume lot reflects the farm’s commitment to precision, innovation, and complete control over every stage of coffee production. Situated at 1,600–1,750 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from volcanic soils, mountain microclimates, and the unique landscape surrounding the Cauca River Valley. La Riviera is renowned for cultivating exceptional varieties and conducting extensive processing experiments on its own harvests. Through meticulous cultivation, controlled fermentation, and carefully standardized drying protocols, this lot highlights the distinctive character of the Sudan Rume variety.
